The History of Bellona Kitchen

The Fusco family name begins in a small town, Bellona, just outside of Naples, Italy and continues to grow its family tree through generational recipes. Johnnie Fusco and his wife, Aggie, invite you into their family history through harvest table laughter, wine, and family favourite dishes.

At every dinner party you attend, there is a vegan/vegetarian with the smallest plate making a meal of salad and celery sticks—we want to change that! We offer catering that everyone can enjoy, after all ‘delicious’ doesn’t need meat! Email us directly for any catering inquiries.

Perfectly hand selected that takes you on a wine tour through Italy. From light, fresh wines to savoury decadent bottles. Bellona also offers Argentinian, Austrian, and Spanish wines each with its own special profile. Our house wines have been selected from a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery that keeps its family values close to their hearts—much like we do.
