Available at your selected Bellona location during confirmed service hours.
Delivery
Delivery fees begin at a base rate and are adjusted based on:
- Order total
- Distance
- Access conditions
- Staffing requirements
- Event complexity
Your final delivery fee will be confirmed prior to approval.
If your event falls outside our standard delivery area, contact us directly — we will always try to accommodate.
Need an expedited order (under 48 hours)? Reach out directly. We will review availability and do our best to support you.
Order Notice
To ensure quality and proper preparation:
- Orders must be placed 24 business hours in advance.
- For events of 100 guests or more, please provide 72 business hours notice.
Menu offerings are subject to seasonal availability. Bellona is guided by fresh product — substitutions may occur when necessary to protect quality.

Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours notice for cancellations or major modifications.
- Cancellations between 24–48 hours prior: 50% charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% charge
Modifications made within 72 hours of delivery are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Prepared food is time-sensitive. Once production begins, costs are committed.
